Construction work in one of the multi-storey buildings in Baku is being carried out by the Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat company in accordance with the schedule in the territory near Memar Ajemi metro station, a source in the company told Trend.
"The issue is the construction of a 15-story building,” the source said. “The third floor of a residential building is being built. The price of one square meter in the building which is under construction is 1,300 manat ($764)."
The deadline for completion of the work is the end of this year.
Presently, the company is building the residential areas in Baku, as well as in the Azerbaijani districts.
Khazar Inshaat company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
The company is part of the Kristal Absheron group of companies.
