Baku's Executive Power has responded to the appeal of the so-called Public Chamber about holding a rally in front of the Azerbaijani Parliament on December 10th, the Musavat party told Trend on Friday.
A reply letter from the city's executive power says that authorities consider a rally in front of the parliament building inappropriate.
