Administrative penalties are applied to a group of 30 people, the organizers and participants of the illegal action on January 26, in accordance with Article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offences, courts of Sabail and Nasimi district of Baku told Trend.
Administrative penalties to the organizers of the action are applied under Article 298.1, in particular, NIDA civil movement member, Turgut Gambar is fined 2,500 manat, deputy chairman of the Classic People's Front of Azerbaijan, Gyozal Bayramli and a member of the same party, Kamala Khalilova were fined 2,000 manat.
Administrative punishment for participation in an illegal rally was applied to 27 people under Article 298.2.
Thus, Emin Abdullayev (Milli) was sentenced to 15 days, and Turkel Alisoy, Rufat Abdullayev, Tuncay Guliyev and Abulfaz Gurbanli, to 13 days.
Administrative fines were imposed to 21 people.
In particular, Elshan Hasanov, Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, Zia Bayramov, Elchin Jarullaev were fined 600 manat, Zaur Gurbanli - 550 manat, Nihad Huseynov, Orhan Jarchiev, Jamil Hajiyev, Sahib Kerimli, Nargiz Yagublu - 500 manat, Tofig Dadashov - 450 manat, Sefa Atakishiyev, Khadija Ismailova, Emil Baghirov, Vusal Bayramov, Aygul Panjalieva - 400 manat, Azer Yusifzade - 350 manat, Khatai Gafarli, Kamaladdin Rahimov, Javid Rustamli, Huseyn Farkhadov - 300 manat.
One person received a warning.
