The data obtained by Trend from the “Youth of Azerbaijan” collection indicates that 52.9 percent of young people live in cities, and 47.1 percent in rural areas.
In addition, it was noted that last year, 54,535 young people aged 19-25 were registered as unemployed in Azerbaijan. This is 8,738 fewer than in 2023.
Thus, in 2024, 55,063 young people found work. This is 13,525 more than in the previous year.
