With the support of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Agriculture, Agroservice OJSC and Case New Holland Industrial have started trial assemblies of new-generation Case combines in the districts of Azerbaijan, Trend reports citing the ministry.
Unlike other combines available in the country, Case combines with two rows of knives have no alternatives, the ministry noted.
“Lightweight and compact size of these combines are convenient for regional transportation. At the same time, the smaller size and weight compared to other competitors allow the new combines better maneuvering in the fields. These advantages provide also lower fuel consumption, and thereby decrease operating costs compared to other combines,” the message said.
The ministry stressed that the compact and lightweight design of Case combines’ spare parts provides more comfortable and faster maintenance.
“Adaptation of the combine to the needs of Azerbaijani farms will increase efficiency in cotton picking. Case combines will be available not only to large entrepreneurs engaged in cotton growing but also to small entrepreneurs,” added the ministry.
