BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 13. Azerbaijan's revenues from mandatory state social insurance contributions amounted to 1.8 billion manat ($1.06 billion) from January through May 2022, up by 18.6 percent, or 285.1 million manat ($167.8 million) compared to the same period of 2021, the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan told Trend.
According to the agency, the income forecast was fulfilled by 157.6 million manat ($92.7 million).
Non-budgeted revenues totaled 1.5 billion manat ($882.8 million), increasing by 20.5 percent compared to the same period of 2021. The forecast for revenues was overfulfilled by 119.7 percent.
The income from unemployment insurance premiums increased by 19.5 percent compared to the same period of 2021 and amounted to 62.64 million manat ($36.8 million), exceeding the forecast by 115.1 percent.
