BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 7. Private and suburban houses in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku in February 2023 rose in value by an average of 1.68 percent year on year, Nusret Ibrahimov, director general of the MBA Group consulting company, told Trend.
At the same time, the price increase compared to January 2023 amounted to 1.58 percent.
"The average cost per square meter of space in private and suburban houses in February of the reporting year, amounted to 966 manat ($568), while the total volume of offers amounted to 1,702," Ibrahimov said.
Moreover, the total volume of offers in the market of private and country houses in December 2022 increased by 11.27 percent year-on-year, and compared to the previous month decreased by 0.2 percent to 1,017.
