BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 28. Private and country houses in Azerbaijan's capital Baku in March 2023 rose in price by an average of 8.17 percent compared to the same period last year, Nusret Ibrahimov, director general of the MBA Group consulting company, told Trend.
"The average cost per square meter of space in private and country houses in March 2023 reached 993 manat ($584), while the total volume of offers totaled 1,041 with a decrease of 2.89 percent per month, and an increase of 9.59 percent over the year," Ibrahimov said.
At the same time, the price increase compared to February 2023 amounted to 2.8 percent.
Moreover, the cost of one square meter of space in private and country houses amounted to 966 manat ($568) in the second month of the current year.
