BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 12. Türkiye’s exports of automotive products to Uzbekistan fell by 39.5 percent year-on-year from January through July 2024, totaling $67.9 million, Trend reports via the Turkish Trade Ministry.
"In July this year, Türkiye exported $10.4 million worth of automotive products to Uzbekistan, a decrease of 13.4 percent compared to July last year," the ministry stated.
For the January–July 2024 period, Türkiye’s total automotive industry product exports rose by 3.9 percent year-on-year, exceeding $20.818 billion.
"In July 2024, Türkiye’s global exports of automotive industry products increased by 14.7 percent compared to the same month in 2023, reaching $3.1235 billion," the report noted.
Additionally, Türkiye’s automotive industry product exports totaled $35.7782 billion over the past 12 months (July 2023-July 2024).
