BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 30. Azerbaijan exported a total of 48,234 tons of potatoes, valued at $20.47 million from January through October 2024.
Data obtained by Trend from the country's State Customs Committee indicates that this represents a decrease of $10.55 million (34 percent) in value and 22,837 tons (32.13 percent) in volume compared to the same period last year.
Azerbaijan’s potato exports accounted for 0.09 percent of the country's total exports during the first ten months of this year.
For the same period last year, Azerbaijan exported 71,071 tons of potatoes worth $31.02 million, making up 0.11 percent of the total export volume.
