BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 6. Azerbaijan’s State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA) is rolling up its sleeves to kick off the construction of a brand-new residential complex in Baku, Trend reports.
The new residential complex is set to rise on a 5.83-hectare patch of land in the Hovsan settlement of the Surakhani district in the country’s capital, Baku.
The comprehensive urban planning rationale, design project execution, and requisite preparatory measures for the construction phase have been thoroughly finalized.
The agency has tasked "Azin Construction" LLC with carrying out the works and has signed a contract worth 589,410 manat ($346,716) with the company.
"Azin Construction" LLC, established in 2016, operates within the realm of commercial and residential construction, encompassing a spectrum of services such as new builds, renovations, and structural enhancements.
