BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 9. The creation of a verdant oasis in the heart of Azerbaijan's Aghdam city is projected to blossom at a cost of 8.7 million manat ($5 million), Trend reports.
The Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts has already begun certain activities in this direction.
The park, whose foundation was laid in December 2023, will cover an area of five hectares and will be divided into four zones: square, botanical garden, meadow, and forest, with all circumstances for cultural and mass events, water play zones, teahouses, leisure places, public catering facilities, cultural and educational venues, as well as recreation areas.
Moreover, the park will boast a cornucopia of tree species and ornamental shrubs, providing a perfect setting for those looking to kick back and partake in some sports activities.
