BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 11. During the stretch from January to November last year, a whopping 27,946.2 tons of sausage products hit the production line.
The data obtained by Trend from the country's State Statistics Committee
shows that this metric exhibits an increment of 2,146.2 tons,
translating to an 8.3 percent escalation relative to the
corresponding timeframe of 2023.
Consequently, a total of 25,800 metric tons of processed sausage
derivatives were generated within the national framework throughout
the initial 11-month period of the fiscal year 2023.
It is pertinent to highlight that the aggregate inventory of
Azerbaijan's finished goods reached a total of 56.6 tons as of the
first of December in the preceding year.
