BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 29. As much as 887,200 tons of organic and 32,360 tons of inorganic chemicals were produced in Azerbaijan last year.
The data obtained by Trend from the country's State Statistics Committee shows that this is by 8.6 percent or 84,000 tons less than in 2023.
The production of finished products in the country amounted to 36,200 tons as of January 1, 2025.
Meanwhile, production of inorganic chemicals in Azerbaijan for 2024 is 21.3 percent or 5,680 tons higher than in 2023.
The stocks of finished products made up 7,750 tons as of January 1 of this year.
