BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 18. Products worth 100 million manat were ($59 million) manufactured in the fields of metallurgical industry and manufacturing of finished metal products in Azerbaijan.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee shows that compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, the production of finished metal products increased by 26.2 percent, while the production of metallurgical industry products declined by 4.2 percent.
In January 2025, the manufacturing of aluminum products in the metallurgical industry decreased by 13.6 percent, the manufacturing of metal structures in the field of production of finished metal products increased by 52.4 percent, and the manufacturing of multi-wire wire, cables, and similar products without insulation grew by 32.5 percent.
