Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee shows that this figure represents a decrease of 1.3 tons or 7.7 percent compared to the same period in 2024.
Meanwhile, the stock of finished products amounted to 7.9 tons as of February 1, 2025.
In Addition, Azerbaijan produced 80,000 tons of organic chemicals in January 2025. This is 6.2 percent or 5,300 tons less than the same period in 2024.
The country's finished product stock of organic chemicals stood at 34,500 tons by February 1, 2025.
Moreover, the production of inorganic chemicals in Azerbaijan reached 2,000 tons in January, which is 11.5 percent or 260 tons less compared to the same month in 2024. The stock of these finished products was 7,380 tons as of February 1, 2025.
