BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 29. Azerbaijan produced 110,400 cubic meters of construction bricks from January through February 2025, marking a notable increase in production.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee indicates that this represents a significant rise of more than 30.8 percent compared to the same period in 2024 (84,400 cubic meters), with an additional 26,000 cubic meters produced.
Additionally, the country's stock of ready construction bricks was reported to be 7,600 cubic meters as of March 1, 2025.
Overall, Azerbaijan produced construction materials worth 187.6 million manat ($110.3 million) from January through February of this year, marking growth by 13.7 million manat ($8 million) or 7.9 percent compared to the same period last year (173.9 million manat or $102.2 million).
