BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 5. Azerbaijan’s revenue from paid services provided by state-funded organizations amounted to 200.3 million manat ($117.8 million) in the first four months of 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the country's Ministry of Finance indicates
that the fiscal performance from these service offerings
underperformed against the projected metrics by 71.9 million manat
($42.2 million), representing a deviation of 26.4 percent.
Nevertheless, the aggregate fiscal inflow of the state budget
attained 13.9 billion manat ($8.1 billion) throughout the reporting
interval, exceeding the quadrimester projection by 219.7 million
manat ($129.2 million), or 1.6 percent.
