BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 6. Azerbaijan has imported 1,320 decaliters of vodka from Belarus from January through March 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee indicates that the country forked out $103,000 on these imports.
This indicates a contraction of 580 decaliters, translating to a
30.5 percent reduction in volumetric metrics, alongside a $10,000
depreciation, equating to a 10.8 percent decline in monetary
valuation relative to the corresponding timeframe in 2024 (1,900
decaliters, $93,000).
In aggregate, Azerbaijan executed the procurement of 13,900
decaliters of vodka from a multitude of international sources,
culminating in a financial outlay of $1.4 million throughout the
specified reporting interval.
