BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 8. Azerbaijan continues to make progress in restoring its liberated territories with the launch of a major construction project in Zar village, located in the Kalbajar district, Trend reports.
The initiative will involve the development of 547 individual homes, social facilities, engineering infrastructure, and road networks for the 855-household settlement. This marks the first phase of restoration in Zar village, which aims to provide essential amenities for residents and improve living conditions.
The Social Development Fund for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) has finalized the necessary preparations and awarded a contract to AMAZONE LLC, a construction company, to carry out the work. The company will receive around 120 million manat ($70.5 million) for the project.
Founded in 2012, AMAZONE LLC, with a nominal capital of just 100 manat ($58.8), is led by Shukurov Abulfat, who represents the company in legal matters. This marks another significant step in the broader restoration efforts aimed at revitalizing the region.
