BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 17. The producer price index related to construction and installation works, including the construction of buildings, roads, and bridges, in the first quarter of 2025 reached 100.6 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee (SSC) indicates that the housing price index in the first quarter of 2025 stood at 100.5 percent compared to the fourth quarter of the previous year. In comparison with the first quarter of 2024, the index reached 101.3 percent.
