BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 2. Azerbaijan produced 240,000 decaliters of whiskey and brandy from January through April 2025.
The data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee shows that this indicator grew by 62,600 decaliters or 35.3 percent compared to the same period last year (177,400 decaliters).
As of May 1, the country's finished stock in whiskey and brandy production amounted to 311,200 decaliters.
One decaliter is equal to 10 liters. This unit of measurement is mainly used to express the volume of liquids.
