BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 18. A staggering 523,600 tons of oil made its way through the Dubandi-Sumgayit-Siyazan-Shirvanovka pipeline in Azerbaijan from January through March 2025.
The data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee shows that
this metric experienced a contraction of 131,100 tons, reflecting a
20 percent decline relative to the corresponding timeframe of the
previous year (654,400 tons).
During the specified reporting period, the aggregate throughput of
cargo via hydrocarbon pipeline modalities reached nine million
tons, reflecting a year-over-year contraction of 635,200 tons,
equating to a decrement of 6.6 percent.
