PremiumAzerbaijan observes sharp decline in housing construction in recent years

Azerbaijan saw the construction of around 20,000 apartments last year using all financial sources, showing a notable drop compared to the previous year. Over the past five years, the number of newly built apartments has declined by more than 30,000 units.
