ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, June 30. The State Concern "Turkmenhimiya" has announced an open international tender for the supply of material and technical resources for the Türkmenturba plant, Trend reports.
The tender covers the procurement of technological equipment and spare parts, electrical and measuring products, chemical supplies, and various other goods. Interested companies are invited to submit written applications indicating their full name, legal status, country of registration, and contact details. Applications from companies registered in or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.
Participants must also familiarize themselves with the tender regulations, obtain the lot specifications and technical requirements, and purchase the tender documents for a fee of $500 per lot, excluding VAT and bank charges. The full tender proposal must be submitted in two sealed envelopes, with one envelope containing the technical offer and the other the commercial offer. Digital versions of the documents in PDF format and an Excel version of the specification must also be included.
Tender proposals will be accepted until August 8, 2025, by 16:00 local time. Late submissions will not be considered. Payment details for the purchase of documentation will be provided upon submission of a written request.
All documents must be delivered to the Department of Material and Technical Supply of the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya”.
