BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 26. Azerbaijani capital Baku’s food service sector recorded a turnover of 864.3 million manat ($508.4 million) from January through June 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the Baku City Statistics Office indicates that this reflects a real increase of 15.7 percent compared to the same period last year.
Moreover, the city's businesses contributed 496.6 million manat ($292.1 million) to this total, accounting for 57.5 percent of the overall turnover in the sector.
