BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 23. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) will update its Electronic Document Circulation (EOD) System, Trend reports.
The bank has already started the related work and is currently in the process of selecting the company that will carry out the project.
The regulator estimates that the modernization of the EOD will cost around 458,200 manat ($269,526).
An Electronic Document Circulation (EOD) system is a software solution that automates and manages the flow of digital documents within an organization, replacing traditional paper-based processes. These systems handle the entire lifecycle of a document, from creation and processing to storage, access, and tracking, which helps improve efficiency, security, and collaboration. Key functions include electronic signatures, workflow automation, and central digital storage.
