A deflation level of 1.4 per cent was recorded in December in Georgia compared to December 2011, Georgian Statistics Service told Trend.
The deflation was caused mainly by lower prices for food products, beverages, leisure, entertainment and cultural events, as well as healthcare (pharmaceuticals).
