Azerbaijani Turan Bank plans to bring the loan portfolio volume up to 200 million manat by late 2013, head of the supervisory board of the bank Fuad Musayev told journalists on Tuesday.
He said that the loan portfolio, which was at the level of 150 million manat by late 2012, has increased up to 170 million manat today.
"We are trying to expand the number of branches in the region," he said. "At present, the bank has 14 branches. We plan to open two branches by late 2013, one of which will be located in the southern part of the country. The bank has six offices in the regions and plans to increase their number."
TuranBank was established in 1992. It operates upon the license No 115 of the Azerbaijani National Bank.
