The Azerbaijani state budget's expenditures for transportation and communication will hit 121.4 million manat in 2014, which is 9.8 million manat (8.7 percent) more than in 2013, the draft state budget of Azerbaijan for 2014, released by the Finance Ministry said.
The expenses exceed the same period of 2012 by 42.2 percent.
The budget of the Highway Trust Fund is 214 million manat in 2014, which exceeds the same period of 2013 by 20 million manat or 10.3 percent.
The official exchange rate is 0,7844 AZN/USD on Oct. 10.
