MTS Turkmenistan economic society (a branch of the Russian mobile operator MTS) has announced the open request for proposals for the right to conclude a contract to supply test and measurement devices.
The matter rests in a stationary battery tester (one set), portable battery tester (seven sets).
Bids will be accepted from the date of publication of notification until February 20, 2014, 17:00 (local time).
The organizer will stop receiving the bids at 17:00 (local time).
