The Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of Turkmenistan has concluded contracts with John Deere International GmbH (Switzerland) and Umax Trade GmbH (Germany), Turkmen media reports.
The deals envisage purchase of large lots of agricultural machinery, aggregates, dredges, as well as spare parts and consumables for them, with the terms of supply during the period until 2020.
Part of the inported agricultural machinery is already involved in the agricultural work.
During the harvest of 2018, dozens of new combine harvesters John Deere W540 and TUCANO 430 (CLAAS) were brought to the fields.
