Azerbaijani food production company located in country's Nakhchivan, Gәmiqaya Bәrәkәt Qida Mәhsulları LLC, is developing a new production line of sausages, a source in the company told Trend.
The development of new production line will be finalized in the summer of 2020, the source added.
“The company's products are in great demand in the domestic market in almost any season of the year and are sold in Nakhchivan, Baku and other cities of Azerbaijan. At the moment, two types of sausage products, namely boiled and smoked, are being developed. It is planned to launch the production closer to autumn, in order to immediately put them on sale. In the future, we are also going to export sausages abroad, so we study the markets of neighboring states, analyze the demand of foreign markets for this type of product,” said the source.
The company's products have ISO 9001: 2008 certificate and certificate of conformity issued by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan.
The company uses equipment of Italian, German and Turkish production.
