Liquefied natural gas (LNG) production in Kazakhstan amounted to 211,700 tons in March, 2013 compared to 191,000 tons in February, the national dispatch center of the Kazakh Statistics Agency told Trend.
The production of LNG in the country in March, 2013 was 10.7 percent more compared to the previous month and 9.9 percent more compared to March, 2012.
In January-March, 2013 total production of LNG in Kazakhstan amounted to 600,000 tons.
LNG delivery to domestic market of Kazakhstan hit 164,000 tons in January-March, 2013.
Last month LNG delivery to the country's domestic market amounted to 57,000 tons which is 10.5 percent more than in the previous month and 0.4 percent more than in March, 2012.
Kazakhstan's LNG exports made up 148,300 tons in March, 2013.
