The oil production volume amounted to 26.934 million tonnes, including gas condensate in Kazakhstan in January-April 2014, which is one percent less than in the same period of 2013, the Kazakh Statistics Agency said on May 14.
Crude oil production was 22.713 million tonnes (a 1.8 percent decrease per year), condensate - 4.222 million tonnes (a 3.9 percent increase).
Natural gas production increased by 1.5 percent to 14.35 billion cubic meters in the first four months of the year. Natural gas in the gaseous state was 7.142 billion cubic meters (a 5.5 percent increase), oil gas - 7.218 billion cubic meters (a 2.2 percent decrease).
