Natural gas and gas condensate was obtained from the recovered well at Shimoliy Berdak gas condensate field in Uzbekistan, Trend reports with reference to Uzbekneftegaz.
Several wells are being overhauled at the Shimoliy Berdak field in the Ustyurt gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
The workover was carried out in well No. 46. The overhaul works were carried out by the specialists of Uzneftegazkuduktamirlash JSC.
The well was perforated in the intervals 2,239 – 2,242 meters, 2,217 – 2,212 meters, and 2,205 – 2,202 meters. According to operational data, after the development of the well, the industrial gas flow was obtained with a daily flow rate of 80,000 cubic meters and 0.8 tons of gas condensate.
The Shimoliy Berdak gas condensate field is located in the Muynak region of Karakalpakstan Republic and was commissioned in 2006.
Earlier it was reported that Uzbekneftegaz plans to put into operation five production facilities worth $4.1 million within the framework of the State Investment Program.
