Azerbaijan exported over 10.1 billion cubic meters of gas from January through September 2020, which is 11.5 percent more compared to the same period of 2019, Trend reports citing the statistical report of the State Customs Committee (SCC).
According to SCC, the value of exported natural gas in the reporting period totaled over $1.89 billion, having grown by 4.4 percent compared to a year earlier.
The SCC said that the export of natural gas from Azerbaijan for the mentioned period made up 17.88 percent of the total export volume.
In 2019, Azerbaijan exported gas in the volume of 16.3 billion cubic meters, the value of which was roughly $2.4 billion.
