Uzbekistan’s Uzbeknefteqaz JSC is carrying out work to increase production of natural gas at the country's fields, Trend reports citing Uzbeknefteqaz JSC.
In particular, along with the overhaul of wells, drilling of new wells, repair and commissioning of abandoned wells is being carried out.
As a result of perforating the well No. 77 of the Shimoliy Berdak field of Ustyurt gas production department in Uzbekistan, Uzbeknefteqaz JSC obtained an inflow of industrial gas with a daily flow rate of 100,000 cubic meters and 1 ton of gas condensate.
The overhaul was carried out by the specialists of Uzneftegazkuduktamirlash JSC.
The Shimoliy Berdak gas condensate field is located in the Muynak region of Karakalpakstan and was commissioned in 2006.
