BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 22. The Lebapgazchykarysh department of the Turkmengaz State Concern in Turkmenistan produced over 4.67 billion cubic meters of natural gas from January through May 2023, Trend reports.
According to official data, during the specified period, the division of the state concerned exceeded the production plan by almost 330,000 cubic meters.
The production plan of the enterprise for the first 5 months of this year was set at about 4.34 billion cubic meters of natural gas.
The division manufactured more than 9.82 billion cubic meters of natural gas in 2022, while the production plan was exceeded by 26 percent.
Meanwhile, these results were achieved due to increased productivity of gas fields, and repair and resumption of operation of inactive wells.
