ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, July 23. The Seydi oil refinery, located in the Lebap region of Turkmenistan, exceeded the production plan by 6.2 percent from January through June this year, Trend reports.
According to an official source, during the specified period, the plant processed about 221,400 tons of raw materials while releasing 215,200 tons of finished products.
The main share in the production structure of the Seydi refinery in the first half of this year was occupied by gasoline manufactured in volumes of 124,900 tons.
The growth rate of gasoline production from January through June 2024, compared to the same period last year, was 55.9 percent.
Meanwhile, the Seydi oil refinery processed about 489,600 tons of raw materials last year while releasing 413,000 tons of finished products and exceeding the manufacturing plan by 10.7 percent.
In addition to improving production processes, the enterprise is successfully expanding its export partnership, supplying its products to Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and the UAE, showing high results in international markets.
