BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 15. Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) and Shah Deniz fields in Azerbaijan have produced a total of 650.2 million tons of oil (including condensate) and 466.5 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas since their commissioning up to January 1, 2025.

Data obtained by Trend from the country's Ministry of Energy shows that the ACG block’s production has reached 601.5 million tons of oil and 229.7 bcm of gas since the start of its development in late 1997.

The first gas and condensate from Shah Deniz were produced in December 2006, contributing around 48.7 million tons of condensate and 236.8 bcm of gas.

As of January 1 this year, exports from the above two fields included 648.3 million tons of oil (including condensate) and 169.5 bcm of gas.
