Azerbaijan’s Mega Insurance company intends to increase the authorized capital by 8.5 million manats to 23 million manats, Trend reports referring to the company.
Presently, the company's authorized capital is 14.5 million manats.
The decision about an increase in the capital was made at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Mega Insurance company. According to the decision, 1,700 new shares with par value of 5,000 manats each will be issued.
Mega Insurance company launched its activity on October 1, 2010. The insurance company received a perpetual license in 2012 to carry out insurance activity in Azerbaijan.
