An extraordinary general meeting of Azerbaijan Industry Bank (ASB) will be held on Nov. 1, 2019, Trend reports referring to Financial Market Supervisory Authority of Azerbaijan (FIMSA).
The issue of choosing an external auditor is included in the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, which will be held at the central office of the bank.
ASB Bank's equity capital in the 1H2019 increased by 5.1 percent, having amounted to 90.4 million manat. Meanwhile, the bank's capital reserves decreased by 26 percent and amounted to 6.8 million manat. Total capital increased by 2.1 percent up to 97.2 million manat.
Over 98 percent of the bank’s authorized capital is owned by Anadolu Investment Company LLC.
