The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the General Prosecutor's Office of Uzbekistan is selling a 16.5 percent stake in Uzvtortsvetmet JSC, Trend reports citing RSE Toshkent.
They sell a block of shares in the Nego Board negotiated auction section of the Republican Stock Exchange (RSE) "Toshkent".
The starting price of the block of shares is $3.1 million. A total of 1.2 million securities are sold at $2.60 per share.
Note that the shares of "Uzvtortsvetmet" were listed on the RSE at the end of August. From that moment to September 6, 28 transactions for $1,235 were carried out with these securities on the stock exchange. The price per piece ranged from $1.50 to $1.82.
In the Nego Board section, transactions are made with packages of securities in the amount of at least 1 percent of the total. It is intended for large investors wishing to participate in the equity capital of enterprises.
