Net profit of VTB Bank Azerbaijan, Russian VTB Bank PJSC’s affiliate in the country, in 2021 rose, Trend reports citing the bank's financial report.
According to the report, this figure exceeded 4.2 million manat ($2.4 million), up by 9.1 percent on annual basis.
The bank's fixed capital as of early 2022 amounted to over 68.7 million manat or $40.4 million (an increase of 7.5 percent), and the authorized capital - 315.8 million manat ($185.7 million), thus remaining unchanged over the year.
In the structure of the VTB Bank Azerbaijan's shareholders, 99.99 percent of the shares belong to VTB Bank PJSC and 0.01 percent - to individuals.
