BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 13. Bank Eurasia (Avrasiya) OJSC's net profit for the second quarter of 2024 amounted to 1.054 million manat, or $616,086, representing a year-on-year decrease of 53.62 percent, Trend reports.
According to the bank's financial report, its net interest profit amounted to 5.775 million manat, or $3.37 million. This was generated by interest income of 7.309 million manat, or $4.27 million, down 8.78 percent year-on-year, and interest expenses of 1.151 million manat, or $672,784, down 31.68 percent.
Bank Eurasia's non-interest income amounted to 1.14 million manat, or $666,355, up 0.39 percent over the year. Non-interest expenses reached 3.813 million manat, or $2.23 million, a decrease of 0.36 percent.
Profit before taxes and unforeseen expenses related to banking activities amounted to 1.054 million manat, or $616,086.
At the end of the second quarter, the bank's assets amounted to 183.967 million manat, or $107.5 million, liabilities were 102.291 million manat, or $59.79 million, and capital stood at 81.675 million manat, or $47.74 million.
