BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. The nominal income of Azerbaijan's population grew by 6.15 percent, or 3.5 billion manat ($2.05 billion), from January through September 2024 compared to the same period of 2023 and reached 61.5 billion manat ($36.1 billion).
The data obtained by Trend from the country's State Statistics Committee shows that per capita income grew by 5.63 percent, or 321.7 manat ($189.2), in the mentioned period. The indicator of the population's income growth after payment of all mandatory and voluntary contributions amounted to 5.87 percent, or 3.01 billion manats ($1.7 billion), compared to the same period of 2023. Meanwhile, per capita income grew by 5.35 percent, or 270.6 manat ($159.1).

Azerbaijan's nominal income in 2023 increased by 12.85 percent, or 8.8 billion manat ($5.1 billion), compared to 2022 and reached 78.05 billion manat ($45.9 billion).
To note, the per capita income grew by 12.2 percent, or 835.9 manat ($491.7) in the mentioned period. The growth rate of personal income after payment of all mandatory and voluntary contributions amounted to 12.83 percent, or 7.8 billion manat ($4.5 billion), compared to the same period of 2022. At the same time, per capita income grew by 12.19 percent, or 741.8 manat ($436.3).
