Azerbaijan's Biological Medicine Clinic will introduce Caremed single system of hospital management, a source close to the project told Trend on Sept. 18.
Caremed is a platform that combines functions similar to the ones of social networks. A user can be authorized in the system using an electronic signature or by a personal identification number.
The functions of the system allow users to register for a doctor's appointment, receive prescriptions, store laboratory data, treatment results etc.
Presently, the Caremed hospital management system is implemented in the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company CJSC. The system is used in the company's outpatient medical clinic and provides for automation of receiving and registering patients.
Modules of the system allow managing the treatment process in dentistry, pediatrics, ophthalmology, neuropathology, diagnostics etc.
