BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 29. In October 2024, Android's share of Azerbaijan's operating system market amounted to 60.06 percent, marking a surge of 0.14 percentage points compared to the previous month.
Data obtained by Trend from the Global Stats statistical center shows that Windows, the creation of Microsoft, has risen to the second position with a market share of 22.74 percent, a significant increase of 0.59 percentage points from the previous month.
Next up, Apple's iOS has managed to catch up, gaining 1.33 percentage points and reaching an 11.95 percent share.
Devices running on the macOS X (Apple) platform hold a modest 2.23 percent of the market, indicating a tidy little growth of 0.49 percentage points over the month.
Other operating systems in the Azerbaijani market are struggling, with Linux holding a mere 1.2 percent, a decline of 0.25 percentage points over the month. Simultaneously, a diverse range of other operating systems contribute, totaling 1.82 percent.
