Iran’s Imam Khomeini Airport Company (IKIA CO.) intends to hold an international tender to select qualified operator for duty free shops in Salam Terminal of IKIA.
Brief description: Operator for Duty Free Shops in Salam Terminal of IKIA with the footprint of approximately 1,800 square meters, concerning the content of IKAC (Imam Khomeini Airport City Company) article of association and by virtue of the law dealing with lease and evacuation of places and premises of the country’s airports and the related implementation by law.
Type of contract: construction, equip and fixed monthly rent +concession fee.
Contract duration: Five years based on terms and conditions stated in RFP documents.
